The owner of NYC's yummy Magniolia Bakery is selling her "country house" located in a little river hamlet about two hours from the city. While searching for Nicole's cupcake picture I remembered I saw this on a real estate website. Yeah, I love that house. Would be fun to schedule a walk-through. I do that all the time since I work with design magazines I just say I'm scouting... great for ideas. I forwarded the link to Tom b/c I think it's an amazing price. Maybe someone we know is looking.
