The Barefoot Princess has become quite a little helper. She loves to pull up her antique green stool and assist with any kitchen work. Here she is helping me cool the peaches we were cutting and freezing the other day. They will be really "yummy" this winter, if they last that long.

Love these photos. How do you freeze the peaches...in bags? Chunks? Halved? Canning? What's your secret?
